A Proposal for the Future of Our School Community ( Published: 09/02/2022)
As you know Levenshulme High School is part of a Multi-Academy Trust, the Education and Leadership Trust, which currently has three academies, Whalley Range 11-18 High School, Levenshulme High School and The East Manchester Academy.
We have always looked for ways in which we can improve the education we offer our pupils, as the educational landscape continues to change, so that our children can achieve excellence and be well prepared for their futures.
The Trust Board would now like to further develop our strength and capacity by joining with Greater Manchester Learning Trust (GMLT) which operates Parrs Wood High School. GMLT is based in south Manchester and shares the same values and ethos as we do: to achieve the best for every child regardless of ability or background and embracing the diversity and context of our city.
