Safer Internet Day is celebrated globally in February each year to promote the safe and positive use of digital technology for children and young people and inspire a national conversation. As usual, Whalley Range 11-18 High School will be celebrating and promoting this with our young people.
Safer Internet Day is a really important day for re-emphasizing how to stay safe online. This is now even more important as a lot of us are working from home and using the internet more. At LHS, all Computing lessons will include activities that remind pupils of how to stay safe online, whilst using technology effectively and safely to support their learning.
