Year 9 Band – Showcase Rocks ( Published: 13/07/2026)

Our Year 9 band performed as part of One Education’s ‘Showcase Rocks’ event, which featured school’s from across Manchester. This took place at the historic venue, Band on the Wall, and was their first experience of playing in a music venue.

The students did the school proud with excellent renditions of Back to Black, Teenage Dirtbag and Zombie! We hope this is just the first of many performances to come.
